Privacy policy

Updated September 17, 2026.

This policy describes the current JaggerWorks Construction website. For privacy questions, email info@jaggerworksconstruction.com.

Browsing and finding a service

You can read the website without creating a customer account. The site has an estimate-request form, but no online payment checkout or online job application form.

The region chooser remembers North Jersey, South Jersey or Not sure in your browser’s session storage. Region, town and service choices can appear in page links. The work and location check sends these choices to this website’s server to return matching information; it does not create a project inquiry or booking.

The three-question service finder sends a property ZIP code, work category and specific service to this website’s server to suggest a useful page. The finder does not save the ZIP in an inquiry record or browser storage, add it to the page address, or include it in an email. Its destination links may carry the chosen service and a suggested town or region. A suggestion does not verify an address or confirm service availability.

Estimate requests and project photos

The estimate form asks for your name, email address, property ZIP code, service choice and project description. A phone number, property town and project photos are optional. The site also records the service category associated with your selection, a submission time and a request reference. We use this information to review the request and communicate about the proposed work. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

You may upload up to five JPG, PNG or WebP photos, each no larger than 8 MB and 20 megapixels. Use photos you have permission to share. Avoid including people, identity documents, access codes or other sensitive details that are not needed to explain the work. The site processes accepted images into stored copies; the original filenames are not used as public photo addresses.

Request details are saved in private WordPress records. Project photos are stored outside the public website files and accessed through administrator sign-in. They are not added to the public media library or published as portfolio images by submitting the form. Authorized administrators can review the records, download the photos and export request details to a CSV file.

The site attempts an email notification to the business mailbox with a request reference and a link to the administrative record. That notification does not attach your photos or include the submitted project description. A saved-request confirmation means the website saved the request; it does not establish email delivery, a reply time, a booking or an agreed estimate.

Technical information and abuse prevention

Website requests provide technical information to the server, including the requested page and network address. Hosting or security logs may contain request details, times and browser information. The estimate form uses a temporary, keyed hash of the connection’s network address to limit repeated submissions. The form does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record. It also checks form-session tokens and a hidden anti-spam field.

Estimate details and photos are submitted to this website without placing them in the page address or sending them to an analytics service. A service or town included in an ordinary navigation link can still appear in browser history or a copied link. Browser autofill and restored form values are controlled by your browser.

Messages you choose to email

If you email us about a project, property management, privacy or working with JaggerWorks, you provide your email address and whatever the message contains. This may include contact details, property information, photos, work experience or an optional resume. We use that information to review and communicate about the subject of your message. Email is handled separately from the website’s inquiry records.

Please send only relevant information. Do not include payment card details, Social Security numbers or sensitive identity documents in a general inquiry. Career-interest emails do not imply an open vacancy or employment offer.

Keeping and deleting information

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent by emailing info@jaggerworksconstruction.com. Include a request reference if available, without sending unnecessary sensitive details. We may need information to identify the relevant request before addressing it.

Moving a website request to Trash does not immediately erase its photos. Permanent deletion removes the request and its stored photos; if photo removal fails, the record is retained for administrative follow-up. Downloaded files, exported CSVs, email messages, server logs and backups are separate copies and are not erased just by deleting the website record or clearing your browser. Authorized administrators can review and manually delete website requests. Requests are not automatically deleted when the project discussion ends; downloaded copies, email, logs and backups are managed separately.

Analytics, storage and outside websites

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not active on this website, and the website does not load advertising trackers. Fonts, project images and background video are served as website assets rather than embedded from a social media or video platform.

Our cookie and browser storage notice explains the region preference, display-support storage and WordPress administrative cookies. Municipal resources, manufacturers and other outside websites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.
